Water processing and reclamation
Water and wastewater processing across the full range: MBR and activated sludge treatment plants, drinking water treatment, pumping systems and reclamation. Reuse under TCEQ Chapter 210, and alternative supply where groundwater is capped, sit inside that capability as options rather than as the starting point.

Who this helps
A project that needs water or wastewater treated, processed or reclaimed, at any scale.
When it is useful
When plant capacity and supply alternatives are being sized.
Scope and deliverables
- MBR wastewater treatment plants
- Membrane bioreactor plants, designed, sourced, built and operated.
- Activated sludge treatment plants
- Conventional activated sludge with clarification, sized to the site.
- Pumping systems
- Booster, transfer and process pumping, stainless steel where it matters.
- Wastewater treatment
- Plant selection, sizing against real loading, permitting and the operating profile that follows.
- Reuse under Chapter 210
- Type I and Type II reclaimed water, authorization, and the uses that actually absorb the volume.
- Purple pipe
- Irrigation and amenity demand, distribution, cross-connection control and signage.
- Alternative supply
- Where groundwater is capped or converting, and what replaces it.
- Drinking water treatment
- Iron and manganese removal, disinfection, and the residuals each process leaves behind.
- Capacity planning
- Matching plant phases to lot delivery instead of to an optimistic absorption curve.
Where it gets hard
Current as of 30 August 2026
Reuse is sold as free water and is not. It is a second distribution system, a second permit, a second operating burden, and a demand problem: reclaimed water only helps if something on site actually drinks it in the months you have it. Amenity lakes and common-area irrigation absorb a real amount. Rooftops do not.
We size reuse against demand that exists on the plat rather than against the volume the plant can make.
Who does what
We scope, procure, coordinate and manage. Engineering design and sealed drawings are performed by registered engineering firms, and we name them on every project. District financial work is performed on the development side. It is not advice to a municipal entity regarding the issuance of municipal securities, and it is not a substitute for a registered municipal advisor, bond counsel or district counsel.
