Everything published here describes our services and our experience in general terms. It is not engineering advice, legal advice, financial advice, investment advice or municipal advisory advice, and it is not a recommendation about any particular tract, project or transaction.

Do not act on anything here without advice about your own circumstances.

Using this site does not create a relationship

Reading these pages, sending the contact form, or having an initial conversation or assessment at no charge does not create a client relationship between you and Corporate Advisory Group. A relationship begins only when we have both agreed the scope in writing.

Until then, please do not send us anything you would not want to share before an engagement exists.

What we do and what licensed professionals do

We scope, procure, coordinate and manage. Engineering design and sealed drawings are performed by registered engineering firms, and we name them on every project.

District financial work is performed on the development side. It is not advice to a municipal entity regarding the issuance of municipal securities, and it is not a substitute for a registered municipal advisor, bond counsel or district counsel. Where a district needs those, we say so and work alongside them.

Regulatory content carries a date

Several pages describe Texas rules, funding programmes and permitting routes. Those change, sometimes quickly. Where we make a statement of that kind we date it, and the date is the point: it tells you when the statement was accurate rather than implying it still is.

We do not undertake to keep every page current, and you should confirm anything that matters against the responsible agency.

Figures belong to whoever earned them

Figures on this site describe the operating history of the founder or of the affiliated companies named on the Companies page. They are not Corporate Advisory Group client engagement results, and they are not combined into any aggregate. Each figure names its basis where it appears.

Other companies and their trademarks

Names and trademarks of other companies appear on this site only to describe work performed. They belong to their respective owners, and their appearance here does not imply any current relationship with, or endorsement of, Corporate Advisory Group.

Links to other sites

Where we link to an affiliated company or an outside source, we do not control that site and we are not responsible for its content.

No warranty, and limits on liability

This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it is complete, current or free of error, or that it will always be available.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Montgomery County, Texas have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
