Residuals and disposal
Waste pumping
Hauling, receiving stations, lift station service, transporter registration and manifesting. Unglamorous work that quietly decides whether a system runs.
Start a conversationWho this helps
A system that depends on hauled volume reaching a receiving point.
When it is useful
Before the receiving end becomes a constraint rather than a line item.
Scope and deliverables
- Hauling
- Liquid waste transport, routing and the registered transporter requirements that go with it.
- Receiving stations
- Siting, permitting and operating the point where hauled material enters the system.
- Lift station service
- Cleaning, pump service, wet well maintenance and emergency response.
- Transporter registration
- TCEQ registration, manifesting and the record-keeping that survives an audit.
- Grease and grit collection
- Route service and the receiving end that takes it.
Where it gets hard
Current as of 30 August 2026
Hauling looks like a commodity until the day the receiving end will not take your load. Capacity at the receiving station, not the truck, is the real constraint, and it tightens exactly when everyone else's plant is also producing.
We secure the receiving end as part of the design rather than shopping for it in an emergency.
Who does what
We scope, procure, coordinate and manage. Engineering design and sealed drawings are performed by registered engineering firms, and we name them on every project. District financial work is performed on the development side. It is not advice to a municipal entity regarding the issuance of municipal securities, and it is not a substitute for a registered municipal advisor, bond counsel or district counsel.
